We carry rave and festival essentials such as hydration gear, anti-theft accessories, glow items, face gems, fans, phone tethers, storage accessories, and other must-haves for long nights out.
ShippingHow long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
ShippingDo you ship within the United States?
Yes, we currently ship within the U.S. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
OrdersCan I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
ShippingWhat if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your package has been shipped, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. If your tracking shows delays or no updates, please reach out to the carrier first. You can also contact us and we’ll do our best to help you look into it.
ReturnsWhat if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
ReturnsDo you accept returns?
We accept returns on eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, some items such as face gems, beauty accessories, wearable accessories, or opened products may not be eligible for return.

Please email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps if your item is eligible.
ProductsAre your products festival-approved?
Festival rules vary by event and venue. We recommend checking the official festival guidelines before bringing any item with you, especially bags, hydration packs, fans, lights, or accessories.
