At the time, I was still new to the rave scene, taking everything in — the lights, the music, the outfits, and the feeling of being surrounded by thousands of people I didn’t know yet somehow felt connected to. While I was there, a stranger asked me, “Is this your first time here?” When I said yes, he gave me a kandi, hugged me, and said:

That moment stayed with me.

It was the first time I truly understood the spirit of rave culture — not just the music or the festival outfits, but the kindness, the connection, and the way people show up for each other. That feeling is what inspired No Sleep Club.
